Rachel Melton

Rachel is the Director of Maoz Israel’s USA office, bringing a wealth of experience in project management, administration, and leadership. With a background spanning 15 years as a travel consultant (including booking and arranging tour groups to Israel!) and many years in administrative roles and worship leadership, she thrives in managing multiple projects with precision and attention to detail. Enjoying collective collaboration, she enjoys working closely with her team here in the US and all of the Maoz international offices to drive impact. Outside of work, she cherishes time with family and friends and believes that laughter and fun are essential parts of life.

The Lord has used the words of Isaiah 61 and 62 as an impression upon Rachel’s heart as a calling to help Israel. With a heart devoted to service, Rachel is wholeheartedly committed to advancing the mission of Maoz Israel, seeking to bring both practical and spiritual support.
