
Ari Sorko-Ram
Chairman of the Board
Ari, along with his wife, Shira, is a pioneer in the Messianic Jewish movement in Israel, and together they have been ministering in Israel since 1976, when they founded Maoz Israel Ministries. Together, they have pioneered several Messianic Jewish congregations in Israel. Ari is a member of the Israel Empowerment Lobby, registered and approved by the Knesset. Ari currently serves as an Ambassador for Maoz Israel Ministries. Ari and Shira reside in Ramat HaSharon, Israel and have two sabra (born in Israel) children, and six grandchildren.

Kobi Ferguson
CEO and President
Kobi is the President and CEO of Maoz Israel Ministries. He oversees all the operations of Maoz in Israel as well as our six Maoz Israel branches across the world. Kobi’s passion is to use all avenues possible to strengthen the body of believers in Israel. His emphasis in teaching and preaching is in prayer, worship, and discipleship. His goal is to see a disciple-making movement especially among families, both Jews and Arabs in Israel and the Nations.

Jonathan Bernis
Vice President
Jonathan is Executive Director of Jewish Voice Ministries International. He hosts a weekly television program called Jewish Voice with Jonathan Bernis, which is aired throughout the United States and abroad. A sought-after speaker, Jonathan teaches at conferences and in local churches worldwide. He is a prominent leader in the Messianic Movement. He is also the President of Christian Alliance For Israel, a ministry that organizes pro-Israel conferences and seminars to rally Christian support for Israel.

Shani Ferguson
Secretary/Treasurer and Chief Creative Officer
Shani, together with her husband, Kobi lead Maoz Israel Ministries. They established the Fellowship of Artists, with a recording studio in Jerusalem, and are working to restore the role of modern day Psalmists in Israel and the Body worldwide. They currently reside in Jerusalem with their five children who are a second generation of native born Israeli believers.

Ray Wilkerson
Director
Ray, a coach and administrator for over 30 years in private Christian education, has impacted hundreds of young men and women to lead lives pursuing their God-given destiny. He owned an automobile dealership, and has served as a board member of Maoz for 11 years. He loves people, loves Israel, and is passionate about helping people reach their fullest potential in life. He has two sons and nine grandchildren.

Scott Volk
Director
Scott Volk is a Messianic Jew who came to faith in 1975. After graduating from North Central University in Minneapolis in 1988, Scott has served in various pastoral capacities in Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina . After more than 20 years in pastoral ministry, Scott founded Together For Israel, a non-profit ministry that exists to partner with the Church for the salvation of Israel (Rom 11:26).
Scott and his wife Beth have been married for over 30 years and have a heart to see Jew and Gentile united as ‘one new man’ in the Messiah. They have five children and reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ari Waldman
Director
Rabbi Ari Waldman resides in Dallas, TX, and is also an Israeli citizen. He is the Senior Rabbi of Baruch HaShem, a Messianic congregation, in Dallas, Texas. Ordained in 2016, Ari holds a Master’s Degree in Messianic Jewish Studies from The King’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Ari spent several months in Israel learning from and building relationships with the Israeli Messianic community. He values the Israeli believing body and wishes to support and bless it as much as possible. Ari is married to Brittany, and is the father of three children, Ela, Liora and Max.
